Young Dynamic Songstress Coming To A Venue Near You: Jenny MacDonald Takes To The Road Before Returning Home For A Few Shows In Halifax

The tireless Jenny MacDonald is once again taking her music on the road. Next week, she travels to New Brunswick before heading to Quebec and Ontario.  MacDonald then returns to Halifax for a December 13th afternoon performance at Freeman's Little New York on Quinpool Road, followed by a performance on December 14 at The Economy Shoe Shop.

If you are in any of the cities MacDonald will be playing, you will want to drop in to see this young dynamic singer. 'The small girl with the big voice',  has worked alongside some great Nova Scotian musicians, including Steve MacDougall, The Hupman Brothers, Ian Sherwood, Carleton Stone and Grammy Award winning Gordie Sampson.

Described as an "old soul in a young body’" by multiple Nova Scotia Music Award winner Stephen Cook (Media Professional of the Year), MacDonald is herself a two time Nova Scotia Music Awards nominee.  Her Nova Scotia Music Award nominations were for 2011 Digital Artist of the Year and 2011 Blues Album of the Year for 'Bye Bye Mr. Bluesman'.

She has three releases: 'Jenny Kissed Me' (2008),  'Live at CFXU' - EP (2009) and 'Bye Bye Mr. Bluesman' (2011).
